  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 20 days prior to the rental date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 20 days before the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Weather Conditions: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, as determined by Skiathos Boats, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the rental with a full refund.

5. Safety and Conduct

  • Life Jackets: Life jackets must be worn at all times by all passengers.
  • Prohibited Activities: The use of the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

6. Liability and Indemnification

  • Waiver of Liability: By renting a boat, you assume all risks associated with its operation and use. Skiathos Boat shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the boat.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Skiathos Boats harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the boat.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Greece.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
