Our complex is located 5 km for Skiathos town and 7 km from the famous
beach of koukounaries.

Καλώς ηρθατε στο Stefanos house ένα μικρό συγκρότημα από διαμερίσματα και στούντιο που βρίσκεται στην όμορφη περιοχή του κόλπου Κολιός στη Σκιάθο  
Το σπίτι ειναι διακοσμημένο σε παραδοσιακό στυλ της σκιαθου, με όμορφους προσεγμένους εξωτερικούς χώρους .
Τα διαμερίσματα βρίσκονται στην περιοχή κολιός στον μικρο λόφο πανω από την παραλία κολιός.
Κάθε διαμέρισμα και στούντιο έχει θεα προς την θάλασσα βλέποντας τον κόλπο κολιός καθώς και την παραλία του.
Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική γιατί προσφέρει τα δυο ποιο βασικά χαρακτηριστικά για αξέχαστες διακοπές Θεα και θάλασσα.
